TripActions is seeking a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to lead and scale their lifecycle marketing strategy across the customer journey. You'll work with channels like Email, Push, and SMS to enhance customer engagement and retention. This role requires strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience in lifecycle marketing.
You are a data-driven marketing leader with a proven track record in lifecycle marketing, possessing at least 5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention. You have a deep understanding of the customer journey and know how to leverage various marketing channels, including Email, Push, SMS, and In-App messaging, to maximize lifetime value. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively, enabling you to make informed decisions that enhance marketing performance.
You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product, Data, Brand, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure alignment and drive impactful marketing initiatives. Your ability to tell compelling stories through marketing campaigns sets you apart, as you partner with Brand and Product Marketing Managers to shape the tone and voice of your messaging. You are passionate about advocating for the resources and tools necessary to unlock the full potential of lifecycle marketing.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is familiarity with A/B testing and data analysis techniques. You are comfortable navigating complex marketing landscapes and can adapt strategies based on market demands and customer feedback.
In this role, you will architect and lead the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, focusing on engagement, retention, and cross-sell opportunities. You will build and prioritize a roadmap that drives revenue and improves usage rates, ensuring that lifecycle initiatives are aligned with overall business goals. Your leadership will be pivotal in championing the necessary resources and tooling to support your team's growth and effectiveness.
You will serve as the storyteller for lifecycle marketing, collaborating with Brand and Product Marketing teams to create compelling campaign themes and proof points that resonate with customers across various channels. Your role will involve designing, executing, and optimizing both automated and manual marketing initiatives, ensuring that they are data-driven and results-oriented.
You will work closely with Account Management, Revenue Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Data teams to embed lifecycle logic across the customer experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for customers. Your insights will help shape the marketing strategy, driving alignment across departments and maximizing the impact of lifecycle marketing efforts.
TripActions offers a competitive salary range of $138,750—$270,000 USD, reflecting the importance of this role in driving company growth.
