What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee a team of 3-4 Mortgage Banking Analysts and Senior Analysts, ensuring that they are aligned with the goals of the Global Production Operations vertical. You will be responsible for coordinating with senior management to implement strategies that drive performance and results. Regular communication with stakeholders in the US will be a key part of your role, as you provide updates and gather feedback to refine operational processes.

You will set clear goals for your team members using the SMART framework, engaging and inspiring them to reach their full potential. Performance reviews will be a critical tool for you, as you provide objective feedback and support to help your team grow. You will leverage insights from employee surveys and focus group meetings to implement strategies that enhance engagement and retention.
