OpenSesame is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth within existing customer relationships. You'll identify new opportunities and enhance customer value through consultative conversations. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset.
You have a proven track record in account management, demonstrating the instincts of a hunter and the discipline of a strategist. You thrive on building relationships quickly and enjoy uncovering new opportunities within existing customer bases. Your ability to ask the right questions and create value where none existed sets you apart. You are comfortable collaborating with Customer Success Managers to align on customer goals and outcomes, ensuring that you own the expansion motion from discovery through close.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with various stakeholders. Your consultative approach enables you to lead expansion conversations that convert curiosity into measurable revenue growth. You are driven by results and have a passion for helping organizations maximize their learning investments through high-value solutions.
Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or learning experience platforms (LXP). You may have a background in sales or business development, which complements your account management skills. A strong understanding of workforce development and skill-building initiatives will enhance your ability to connect with clients.

Your ability to uncover new opportunities will be essential in this role, as you will partner closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure alignment on customer goals and outcomes.
You will own the expansion motion from discovery through close, utilizing your strategic mindset to navigate complex customer landscapes. Your success will be measured by your ability to convert curiosity into tangible results, ultimately contributing to the growth of OpenSesame's impact in workforce development.
