Saronic is seeking an End of Line Supervisor for their 2nd shift operations in Austin, Texas. You'll oversee the final assembly and quality assurance of autonomous surface vessels, ensuring compliance with performance standards. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in overseeing assembly and quality assurance processes. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. You possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining rigorous performance and compliance standards. Your organizational skills allow you to coordinate multiple tasks and ensure smooth operations during the 2nd shift hours.
Experience in the maritime or defense industry would be a plus, as it would provide you with valuable insights into the specific requirements of autonomous surface vessels. Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards is also beneficial, as it will help you ensure that each vessel meets the necessary criteria before shipment.
As the End of Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the final assembly and testing of autonomous surface vessels. You will lead a dedicated team through the end-of-line operations, ensuring that each vessel is integrated and tested according to strict quality assurance protocols. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure that all components are assembled correctly and that the final product meets the high standards expected by our defense customers. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
In this high-visibility role, you will be the point of contact for any issues that arise during the final assembly process. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions quickly. Your ability to communicate effectively with both your team and upper management will be crucial in ensuring that operations run smoothly and that deadlines are met.
