What you'll do

As a Senior Manager in Software Engineering at Upstart, you will lead the Auto Retail Lending team in developing innovative solutions that streamline the auto loan process for customers and dealership partners. You will oversee the design and implementation of core technologies that power the Auto Finance platform, ensuring that they are intuitive, stable, and high-impact.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define project requirements and deliverables, translating business needs into technical specifications.
