Overview

MongoDB is seeking a Commercial Growth Account Executive to identify new workloads and expand usage of their Database as a Service, Atlas. You'll engage with customers to enhance their experience and drive adoption. This role requires sales experience, preferably in database or software.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally within the database or software industry — you've consistently met or exceeded sales targets and understand the nuances of customer engagement. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner sets you apart, allowing you to foster strong relationships with decision-makers. You are a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, eager to support customers at every stage of their journey with MongoDB's products. Your native German language skills enable you to connect effectively with local clients, enhancing communication and understanding.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify new workloads and potential use cases within existing accounts to drive increased consumption of MongoDB's Atlas platform. You will engage in pipeline generation and outbound activities, articulating the value of MongoDB's evolving developer data platform and its features. Supporting customers throughout their journey, you will address queries and ensure optimal product usage, fostering greater adoption and retention. You will develop relationships within customer accounts to promote visibility and deepen partnerships, strategically navigating diverse industries with a data-driven discovery and sales process. Your efforts will contribute to the overall satisfaction of customers, ensuring they leverage MongoDB's offerings to their fullest potential.
