What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the AWS builder experience from the ground up. You will work on building services and tools that reduce friction in the software development process, ensuring that AWS engineers can innovate without unnecessary obstacles. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of over 20,000 AWS engineers, making their development and operational tasks simpler and more effective.

You will collaborate with various builder teams to identify emerging challenges and shape the strategic roadmap for AWS Builder Acceleration. By harnessing advanced technologies, including AI-powered tooling and agentic workflows, you will create next-generation solutions that enhance the software development lifecycle.

Your role will involve influencing the Amazon Software Builder Experience (ASBX) roadmap, driving transformation for engineering teams, and ensuring that the tools you develop are aligned with the needs of AWS builders. You will also engage in continuous feedback loops with internal customers to refine and improve the services you provide.
