Businessolver is seeking a Payroll File Integration Implementation Analyst to manage data exchange development for new client configurations. You'll work closely with project teams and clients to ensure successful integrations. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills.
You have experience in payroll data integration and understand the complexities involved in managing data files for client configurations. You are detail-oriented and can document and communicate business requirements effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with project teams to ensure successful implementations. You possess strong analytical skills that help you coordinate with clients and vendors for requirements gathering and analysis. You are adaptable and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely launches and effective communication throughout the process.
In this role, you will manage all phases of new data exchange development, including documenting, updating, and communicating business requirements. You will execute file configurations and oversee testing to ensure everything is functioning as expected. You will coordinate with project team members to understand client-specific benefits structures, file layouts, field mappings, and profiles. Your role will involve creating detailed documentation and configuration to support the onboarding process. You will also communicate with clients and vendors to gather requirements and analyze their needs, ensuring that all integrations meet their expectations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and that any issues are addressed promptly.
