Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree and 10 to 12 years of experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality — your background in the service industry has equipped you with the skills to manage complex operations effectively. You possess a strong understanding of local occupational health and safety regulations and have experience with critical facilities management. Your expertise in vendor management for specialized services allows you to maintain high standards in facility operations. You have proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts, ensuring that all agreements are beneficial and compliant. Your strong budget management and financial analysis skills enable you to track spending and manage financial activities efficiently. You are an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders and achieving key performance indicators.

What you'll do

As the Facility Manager at Paytm, you will lead a team to manage the day-to-day facility operations for the assigned geography. You will be the on-site key point of contact for key location stakeholders, assuming overall responsibility for facility management and landlord relations. Your role will involve planning, tracking, and executing required works, activities, and space management. You will oversee the financial activities related to facility management, including budgeting, tracking spending, and vendor and contract management. Additionally, you will manage outsourced manpower involved in janitorial work, security, and maintenance of equipment and assets. You will ensure that all operations comply with local health and safety regulations and that risk management procedures are in place. Your leadership will be crucial in developing guidelines and strategies to maintain compliance with Paytm's business code of conduct.
