Who you are

You have experience in medical support, ideally in a workplace setting, and are familiar with health and safety regulations. You are comfortable assessing and administering first aid, and you understand the importance of advocating for health and wellness principles in a work environment. You enjoy interacting with employees and are committed to creating a safe workplace. You are proactive in your approach and can work independently while being part of a larger team. You are eager to learn about OSHA regulations and risk analysis to enhance workplace safety.

What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health and safety of associates. You will assess and administer first aid as needed, ensuring that all associates receive the care they require. You will participate in weekly safety committee meetings and engage with new hires to promote a culture of safety from the start. Your responsibilities will include guiding associates on both occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses, and referring them to outside medical providers when necessary. You will collaborate closely with the WHS Site Manager and other specialists to ensure that safety operations run smoothly and effectively.
