Taboola is seeking a Growth Team Lead for Advertising Account Management focused on the Japan market. You'll lead a team of Account Managers to develop growth strategies and achieve revenue targets. This role requires 4+ years of client-facing experience in digital advertising and fluency in Japanese.
You have over 4 years of professional client-facing experience in digital advertising, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry and its dynamics. With at least 2 years of experience leading a sales or account management team, you possess outstanding relationship management and client service skills that enable you to foster strong partnerships with clients. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, enabling you to commercially interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights that drive business growth. In a fast-paced environment, you excel at prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently, ensuring that your team meets its objectives. You are self-motivated and entrepreneurial, comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining a focus on results. Fluency in English and Japanese is essential, and additional Asian language skills are a plus.
