アマゾンの物流/配送の拠点で商品の入荷、出荷、品質管理のいずれかの工程において、生産・業務計画の策定、生産性や稼働率の管理、メンバーの育成・評価などを行う仕事です。 アマゾンの強みである最先端の物流現場で、日々のオペレーションおよびチームマネジメントを行い、お客様に満足をお届けするお仕事です。
