You are adept at engaging with customers, analysts, and partners to drive advocacy and understand market needs. Planning and executing marketing initiatives at events will be a key responsibility, where you will showcase Amazon Connect's innovations and messaging through keynotes and breakout sessions. You will work closely with AWS field teams to maintain internal sales hubs, ensuring they have the latest resources and value propositions at their fingertips. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and enhance product positioning.
