What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively source and recruit industry-leading legal talent, ensuring that Axiom has a consistent and relevant pipeline of candidates. You will serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience. You will evaluate client demand in partnership with the commercial team and assist in managing the lawyer hiring strategy. Your responsibilities will also include providing advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on hiring strategies and talent management. You will play a critical role in shaping the talent experience at Axiom and driving change within the wider legal community.
