DRW Holdings is seeking a Global Strategy Associate to identify and drive new business opportunities across the firm. This role requires excellent communication skills and offers significant exposure to senior leadership.
You are a forward-looking business strategist with a strong ability to identify, evaluate, and drive new business opportunities. You possess excellent verbal, writing, and presentation communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey strategic priorities and collaborate with diverse teams. Experience in trading or financial services is a plus, as is familiarity with various asset classes including Fixed Income, ETFs, Equities, FX, Commodities, and Energy. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly to capture opportunities as they arise.
In this role, you will partner with a diverse set of trading businesses to shape and execute key firm-wide initiatives. You will identify and define strategic priorities, supporting their execution to drive growth and innovation within the firm. Your work will involve collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals and initiatives.
You will also be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, helping to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping the firm's strategic direction and ensuring its continued success in the global markets.
