NEORIS is hiring a Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of the PMO and BPMO, ensuring governance and compliance with regulatory standards. You'll work with Agile methodologies and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in Rio de Janeiro.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in project management, particularly in implementing and managing Project Management Offices (PMOs) and Business Process Management Offices (BPMOs). Your experience includes ensuring governance and compliance with regulatory standards, and you excel at defining and monitoring strategic KPIs and quality indicators for senior management. You are skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, promoting alignment between business areas and technology, and you have a solid understanding of Agile practices. As a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, you are adept at fostering Agile methodologies and performance metrics such as Burndown, Velocity, and Lead Time. You are also experienced in managing suppliers and contracts, ensuring that deliverables meet established scope, timelines, and quality standards. Your commitment to continuous improvement drives you to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the PMO and BPMO at NEORIS, ensuring that all corporate initiatives are governed effectively and comply with regulatory requirements. You will define, monitor, and report on strategic KPIs and quality indicators to the executive management team, facilitating informed decision-making. You will coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technological solutions. As a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, you will promote Agile practices within the organization, guiding teams in the adoption of methodologies that enhance productivity and collaboration. You will manage relationships with suppliers and oversee contracts, ensuring that all project deliverables are met within the agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards. Your role will also involve leading continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
