Checkr is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance - Go-To-Market to lead financial planning and strategy for their Sales business. You have a strong background in strategic finance, with at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive actionable insights and optimize performance. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to assess complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations to executives. You are comfortable presenting to senior leadership and have a proven track record of influencing decision-making processes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on strategic goals. You understand the nuances of high-ACV enterprise sales and mid-market dynamics, enabling you to contribute effectively to growth strategies.
In this role, you will serve as the lead strategic finance partner to executives across the Sales, Marketing, and broader Go-To-Market organization. You will assess and define financial strategies that align with Checkr's growth objectives, focusing on delivering actionable insights into sales performance. Your responsibilities will include optimizing resource allocation to accelerate growth, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with RevOps and Product teams to enhance overall performance.
