What you'll do

As an Administrative Assistant in Hardware Technology at Apple, you will serve as the central hub of the department, coordinating between Apple employees and the outside world. Your responsibilities will include managing team logistics such as new hire onboarding, purchasing, and asset inventory. You will greet and guide Apple employees and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment. Your role will involve acting as the primary point of contact for various operational tasks, helping to keep the team organized and focused across multiple dynamic environments. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day needs and supporting the engineering team in their efforts to develop groundbreaking products.
