You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment. Your strong communication skills enable you to build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform. You understand the importance of customer feedback and are adept at translating it into actionable insights for product improvement. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and clients across different cultures and time zones, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they are set up for success with our platform. You will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience. You will conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
