NICE is seeking a Support Engineer to provide Tier 3 technical support for Public Safety applications. You'll work closely with regional support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence.
You have a background in technical support, ideally with experience in providing Tier 3 support for complex applications. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.
