VGW is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across diverse geographical locations. This role requires at least three years of experience in talent acquisition within an agile work environment.
You have at least three years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition within an agile work environment — you've successfully managed global recruitment strategies and hiring processes across multiple regions. Your adaptability allows you to accommodate shifting schedules and work with international teams effectively.
You understand the importance of delivering an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process — you are skilled in sourcing and reviewing applications, managing candidates through the selection process, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Your communication skills enable you to keep hiring units updated on progress and foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential contractors.
You are comfortable handling sensitive information and understand the importance of confidentiality in protecting candidate and company information. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with People Operations and People & Culture teams as needed, ensuring alignment in recruitment strategies.
Experience with recruitment campaigns across diverse geographical locations is a plus, as is familiarity with local markets and cultures. You thrive in environments that require flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
In this role, you will deliver the end-to-end recruitment process for VGW, managing recruitment campaigns across various geographical locations. You will calibrate with hiring units to post job advertisements and source candidates effectively. Your responsibilities will include reviewing applications, managing candidates through the selection process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
You will constantly communicate with hiring units to update them on the progress of the hiring process, ensuring transparency and collaboration. Your focus on candidate experience will help foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential contractors, enhancing VGW's talent pool.
You will track and update reports on a regular basis, providing insights into recruitment metrics and strategies. Your role will also involve collaborating with People Operations and People & Culture teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and culture.
