What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy tailored to the Startups segment. This includes organizing executive dinners, customer panels, networking receptions, and conference activations that showcase Anthropic's offerings. You will partner closely with Startups Sales leadership to identify target accounts and align on event goals, ensuring that programming resonates with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies based on feedback and results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and customer success, to ensure that every event drives meaningful business outcomes. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to position Anthropic effectively in the market. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and resources for marketing initiatives, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
