Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in overseeing complex projects that drive business outcomes. Your ability to build credibility and trust with internal stakeholders is key, as you will lead initiatives that require strong communication and persuasion skills. You possess a deep understanding of the payments industry, which allows you to navigate challenges effectively and implement transformative commercial constructs. An MBA degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or Economics is preferred, along with PgMP or PMP certification to validate your expertise in project management methodologies.

What you'll do
