Carvana is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair Technician with at least 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience. You'll utilize advanced techniques for dent repair on vehicle panels. This role offers a $6000 bonus and competitive benefits.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your expertise in the field. Your skills include advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and the ability to repair creases and body lines on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
Experience with high-tech tools and working in a fast-paced environment is a plus. You are open to continuous learning and improvement, especially if you are joining in an entry-level position where training programs are available to enhance your skills and pay.
As a Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for using your expertise to repair dents on various vehicle panels, ensuring that the vehicles meet the high standards expected by our customers. You will work in one of our state-of-the-art Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to perform repairs efficiently. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training programs to further develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
