Placemakr is seeking a Director of Real Estate Growth to lead the sourcing of third-party managed real estate inventory. This role requires strong familiarity with the Atlanta real estate market and a robust network in the industry.
You have a proven track record in real estate growth and partnerships, with at least 5 years of experience in sourcing and managing real estate inventory. Your deep familiarity with the Atlanta market allows you to navigate the complexities of local real estate dynamics effectively. You possess strong negotiation skills and a robust network of contacts within the real estate sector, enabling you to identify and secure valuable partnerships. You are a collaborative leader who thrives in a remote-first environment, valuing teamwork and communication across diverse teams. Experience in multifamily asset management or ground-up developments is a plus. As the Director of Real Estate Growth, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing third-party real estate inventory, including both existing multifamily assets and new developments. You will work closely with the Vice President of Real Estate Partnerships to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and enhance the value of Placemakr's offerings. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with property developers, operators, and investors, ensuring that Placemakr has access to high-quality inventory that meets the needs of our guests. You will lead initiatives to identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate agreements that align with Placemakr's growth objectives. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in our real estate partnerships.
