Job Description

Who you are

You are a bilingual professional fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, with a C2+ level proficiency in all three languages. You have at least 6 months of experience in B2B support, proactive outreach, or account management, showcasing your ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. Your customer-centric approach ensures that you prioritize customer satisfaction and demonstrate empathy while resolving concerns. You are comfortable operating in multiple modalities, whether through chat, email, or phone, and you possess strong stakeholder management skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide high-quality virtual customer support through ticket systems, including chat and email, and potentially over the phone. You will be responsible for resolving low to medium complexity customer issues using established procedures, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions. Your role may involve performing root cause analysis and presenting your findings to improve service delivery. You will work within a stable line of business that has well-documented procedures, contributing to the overall success of the Community Operations organization at Uber.
