You excel in building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from the services provided. As a Growth Manager II at SpotHero, you will be responsible for obtaining new parking supply from current partners while optimizing performance at existing locations. You will analyze and assess the parking supply across assigned markets, developing strategies that benefit both partners and SpotHero. Your role will involve leading client consultations, providing tailored insights that drive engagement and revenue growth. You will collaborate with the Revenue Team to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and that the solutions provided meet the needs of the partners. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new products and features, ensuring that clients are aware of the full range of SpotHero's offerings. Your strategic advisory role will be crucial in maintaining productive relationships and driving mutual success.
