Overview

Tennr is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and enhance candidate experiences in their New York City office.

Who you are

You have experience in talent acquisition and a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes. You excel in partnering with hiring managers to define hiring plans and role requirements that align with company values. Your ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies allows you to identify and engage passive candidates effectively. You are committed to delivering excellent candidate experiences and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare or technology sectors can enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new recruiting tools and techniques to improve your sourcing strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for a range of functions within Tennr. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored hiring plans. Your responsibilities will include defining role requirements, creating interview processes, and ensuring alignment with the company's core values. You will also be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging social media and professional networks.

You will manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Your focus will be on creating a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, and providing support to candidates as they navigate the interview process. You will also track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of the hiring process.
