Xometry is seeking a Lead Technical Account Manager to oversee a team of Technical Account Managers, ensuring enterprise customers maximize their technical adoption of Xometry's platform. This role requires strong leadership and technical consulting skills.
You have extensive experience in sales engineering or technical account management, ideally with a focus on enterprise customers. Your background includes leading teams and fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer satisfaction. You understand the importance of post-sale technical ownership and have a proven track record of guiding teams in onboarding and solution architecture. You are adept at translating complex technical needs into actionable strategies that drive customer success and revenue growth.
You possess strong mentoring and coaching skills, enabling you to develop your team effectively. You thrive in environments where you can influence customer retention and expansion through technical consulting and support. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Technical Account Managers, focusing on their growth and success in providing exceptional technical support to enterprise customers. Your leadership will guide the TAM team in delivering deep technical consulting and solution architecture, helping customers realize the value of their investments.
You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the TAM team, aligning their efforts with company goals and customer needs. This includes developing best practices for onboarding and integration, as well as creating processes that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements.
Your role will also involve analyzing customer usage data to identify opportunities for further engagement and expansion. By understanding customer challenges and goals, you will help your team provide proactive solutions that drive success. You will be a key player in influencing revenue growth through effective technical leadership and customer relationship management.
