Who you are

You have over 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management — you've consistently exceeded sales or growth targets and understand the nuances of building strong relationships with clients. Your communication and presentation skills in Japanese are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with merchants and stakeholders alike. You possess a data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret performance data and develop tailored growth strategies. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, demonstrating agility and boldness in your approach to problem-solving.

Desirable

Fluency in English is preferred, as it will help you navigate cross-functional teams and communicate with international partners. Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or other BI/CRM tools will be advantageous, as these skills will enhance your ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and manage relationships with merchants to drive business growth — your focus will be on understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. You will analyze merchant performance data to identify trends and develop tailored growth strategies that align with their business goals. Resolving merchants' pain points through high-impact projects will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that you deliver exceptional service and support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and drive initiatives that benefit both the merchants and Coupang.
