Coupang is hiring a Senior Account Management Specialist to build and manage relationships with merchants, driving business growth through data analysis and tailored strategies. This role requires 7+ years of experience in sales or account management and strong communication skills in Japanese.
You have over 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management — you've consistently exceeded sales or growth targets and understand the nuances of building strong relationships with clients. Your communication and presentation skills in Japanese are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with merchants and stakeholders alike. You possess a data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret performance data and develop tailored growth strategies. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, demonstrating agility and boldness in your approach to problem-solving.
Fluency in English is preferred, as it will help you navigate cross-functional teams and communicate with international partners. Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or other BI/CRM tools will be advantageous, as these skills will enhance your ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
