SoFi is seeking an IT Asset Management & CMDB ServiceNow Admin to configure and maintain their IT Asset Management program on ServiceNow. You'll work with modules like SAM, HAM, and CMDB in a collaborative environment. This role requires expertise in ServiceNow and asset lifecycle management.
You have a strong background in IT Asset Management and are well-versed in ServiceNow — your experience includes configuring and maintaining SAM, HAM, and CMDB modules in complex enterprise environments. You understand the importance of asset lifecycle management and have a proven track record of supporting ITAM functions effectively. Your collaborative nature allows you to work seamlessly with internal teams across technology, cybersecurity, and governance to ensure best practices are followed. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring the performance of the ITAM program, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
You will play a key role in supporting the establishment and maturation of the ITAM function — this includes developing and refining processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing training and support to team members. You will also be involved in integrating ServiceNow with other systems to streamline asset lifecycle management, ensuring that all assets are tracked and managed effectively throughout their lifecycle.
