LaunchDarkly is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage relationships with key customers and drive growth within strategic accounts. This role requires strong account management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
You are an entrepreneurial and self-motivated individual with a strong focus on customer relationships. You thrive in a role where you can take ownership of strategic accounts and drive growth independently. Your business-oriented mindset allows you to develop comprehensive territory and account plans effectively. You are comfortable collaborating with various teams, including Business Development Representatives, to ensure successful adoption of products within large enterprises. Your ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives and elevate the company's visibility is a key strength. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and work closely with solutions engineers to deliver both business and technical value to customers.
As a Strategic Account Executive at LaunchDarkly, you will own the relationship with several strategic customers, acting as their primary point of contact. You will develop and implement territory and account plans to proactively drive pipeline generation. Ensuring the seamless adoption of LaunchDarkly's solutions within large enterprises will be a critical part of your role, requiring close coordination with pre-and-post sales engineering, customer success, and support teams. You will work to elevate LaunchDarkly's visibility by effectively communicating the value proposition to Vice Presidents and C-suite executives. Collaboration with internal teams, including product support, developer relations, marketing, and revenue operations, will be essential to align offerings with customer business needs. Your proactive approach and ability to work with minimal supervision will contribute significantly to the success of your accounts.
