You possess a strong understanding of customer success metrics and how to leverage insights to improve product performance. You are skilled in designing systems that automate processes, ensuring that insights remain actionable with minimal manual effort. Experience in working with large-scale product teams and familiarity with M365 applications is a plus. You have a proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership and influencing product strategy. Your ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights sets you apart. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and have a knack for building relationships across various levels of the company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the modernization of the M365 Copilot Growth Rhythm of Business (ROB), focusing on driving clarity, customer focus, automation, and efficiency across processes. You will partner with product leaders across various teams, including M365 apps, Windows, Edge, and IDEAS, to set and deliver growth targets for Copilot. Your mission is to shift the team's focus from creating collateral to critical thinking and outcome-oriented execution. You will design systems that automate the generation of scorecards, funnel views, and executive updates, ensuring that insights are fresh and actionable.

You will bring together data science and research perspectives to create a unified view of performance across all product funnels in E+D. This requires working closely with VP and CVP level leaders to align on growth strategies and objectives. You will leverage Microsoft’s own AI products to build workflows that exemplify how AI can modernize operations, showcasing these innovations to customers as best practices. Your role will involve continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the Copilot growth initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with broader company goals.
