As a Senior DevOps Professional, you will lead the design and development of scalable platform solutions, leveraging your expertise in CI/CD practices and cloud technologies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with software architects and development teams to define infrastructure requirements and design comprehensive platform solutions.
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development, testing, and deployment processes.
Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, enabling scalable and reproducible infrastructure management.
Conduct PoCs to evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies, assessing their potential impact on the platform and operations.
Monitor and enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of systems, ensuring high availability across production and development environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across infrastructure, deployments, and applications, implementing robust solutions to improve system stability.
Integrate security best practices into architecture and deployment processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must-have Skills:
Senior-level DevOps experience designing scalable platform and infrastructure architectures.
Strong CI/CD expertise (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI) with a focus on automation.
Proficient in scripting and automation (Python, Bash).
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
Solid experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong Infrastructure as Code knowledge (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Experience evaluating new tools and running PoCs.
Security-driven approach to cloud and infrastructure best practices.
Clear communication skills and strong cross-team collaboration.
Nice-to-have Skills:
Cloud or DevOps certifications (Azure DevOps, CKA, or similar).
Background in software development or SRE roles.
Hands-on Azure experience, including infrastructure design and DevOps practices.
Experience contributing to platform-level architecture and infrastructure strategy.
