You'll work with HTML, Liquid, CSS, and JavaScript to assist merchants during onboarding and maintenance phases. This role is ideal for those looking to start their career in technical support.
You are a proactive individual with a strong foundation in front-end development, particularly with HTML, Liquid, CSS, and JavaScript. You have a keen interest in supporting merchants and ensuring their success on the Shopify platform. Your communication skills allow you to provide effective chat and email support, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can assist your team members. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of work quality, following coding practices, and contributing to documentation.
Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with SEO optimization and app integrations. You are eager to learn and grow within a high-growth startup environment, and you are open to feedback and continuous improvement.
As a Technical Support Specialist at Okendo, you will play a crucial role in onboarding merchants and providing ongoing support. You will complete onboarding tasks that involve front-end development on Shopify storefronts, including installing Okendo widgets and customizing them to meet merchant needs.
