You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and are open to occasional travel to the Mexico City office. What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Earnin, you will play a critical role in the design and development of our payroll services. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to create intuitive and reliable user interfaces that enhance the customer experience. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and ensuring that our applications are performant and secure. You will also be involved in the architecture of backend services, focusing on scalability and reliability. You will participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve our processes. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
