Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and creating positive experiences for customers. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the driving requirements of the role. You are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers and ensuring they have a positive experience during the car-buying process. You will engage with customers on their driveways, providing them with information about their new vehicles and answering any questions they may have. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in the local community, representing Carvana and building relationships that enhance our brand. Your role will require you to be available for various shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, as well as weekends. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to reintroducing happiness into the car-buying experience.
