Process Engineer – Solid Dose

Who you are

You have hands-on experience in tablet and capsule manufacturing, including both hazardous and non-hazardous drug products. Your expertise includes designing, optimizing, and validating solid dose processes, with a strong understanding of powder handling, dispensing, material flow, blending, sifting, compression, encapsulation, and containment strategies. You are detail-oriented and skilled in managing the lifecycle of non-sterile solid dose manufacturing processes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering high-quality results that meet regulatory standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the design and implementation of non-sterile solid dose manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for optimizing existing processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate new formulations and processes, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers. You will also conduct process evaluations and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
