Who you are

You have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with at least 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions. Your expertise in data science allows you to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights that drive growth. You are familiar with growth analytics and modeling, having successfully implemented strategies that enhance user acquisition and retention. Your experience in experimentation and predictive modeling equips you with the skills to optimize growth models effectively. Ideally, you have a solid understanding of the crypto or fintech landscape, which enables you to tailor solutions to this dynamic industry. You are a collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally to unlock insights that power business decisions.

Desirable

Experience with advanced statistical methods and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with blockchain technology. You are proactive in your approach to problem-solving and have a keen interest in the latest trends in AI and machine learning. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders is a valuable asset.

What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead the design, development, and optimization of AI-driven growth models that enhance user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock insights and predictive capabilities that inform business decisions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing user behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, as well as developing and implementing predictive models that drive user engagement. You will lead experiments to test new growth strategies and iterate on existing models based on performance metrics. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the AI team at OKX.
