Overview

QuickNode is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers. You'll ensure customers realize long-term value from QuickNode's solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise and customer relationship skills.

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in cloud-based infrastructure or blockchain technology. You excel at building relationships with enterprise customers and have a knack for understanding their technical needs. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for customer expansion and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and success. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Desirable

Experience in the blockchain ecosystem or familiarity with Web3 technologies would be a significant advantage. You have a proven track record of managing post-sales relationships and driving customer engagement. Familiarity with technical sales processes and solution design is also beneficial.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at QuickNode, you will be the primary technical advisor for our enterprise customers after they adopt our solutions. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers and Sales teams to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring that customer priorities are aligned with QuickNode's offerings. Your role will involve reinforcing customer confidence in our solutions through technical expertise and ensuring that deployed architectures are scalable and optimized for performance. You will also channel customer insights back to our product teams, helping to shape future developments based on real-world feedback. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins with customers, providing technical guidance, and facilitating training sessions to ensure customers are fully leveraging QuickNode's capabilities.
