What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the independent guardian of OKX's balance sheet, responsible for designing and implementing risk management frameworks that align with the company's strategic objectives. You will lead efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate various types of risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will ensure that risk considerations are integrated into business decisions and processes.

You will also be responsible for developing and validating risk models that support the firm's risk management strategies. This includes conducting stress tests and scenario analyses to evaluate the potential impact of adverse market conditions on the firm's financial position. Your insights will be crucial in informing senior management and the board about the company's risk profile and risk appetite.

Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior risk professionals, fostering a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement within the team.
