You have experience in talent acquisition, particularly in university recruiting, and understand the nuances of engaging with early-career professionals. You are skilled in providing data-driven insights to hiring managers, ensuring that their unique hiring needs are met effectively. Your commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the intern lifecycle sets you apart, as you prioritize smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new interns. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy planning events that foster community and engagement among interns.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive end-to-end university recruiting for non-technical roles, engaging with candidates from sourcing to hiring. You will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing tailored recommendations based on data insights. Your responsibilities will include supporting the onboarding process for interns, ensuring they have a seamless transition into the company. Additionally, you will plan and organize summer events that promote networking and social interaction among interns, enhancing their overall experience at Rubrik.
