Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in software development using C++. Your background includes developing large-scale infrastructure or working with distributed systems and networks. You also possess a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, with an additional year of experience in machine learning infrastructure, including model deployment and optimization. You are passionate about developing accessible technologies and are eager to tackle complex challenges in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer III at Google, you will be part of the Personalized Ads Quality (PAQ) team, where you will work on improving machine learning models for Search Ads. Your role will involve driving end-to-end feature development, which includes new data integration, machine learning model training, and conducting live-traffic experiments. You will also be responsible for triaging product or system issues, debugging, and analyzing the sources of issues to ensure high-quality service operations.
