UiPath is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales across French-speaking Africa. You'll work closely with C-level executives and business leaders to maximize revenue potential. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a strategic sales approach.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the enterprise software sector, with experience engaging C-level executives and business leaders. Your ability to analyze market potential and develop effective sales strategies has led to significant revenue growth in your previous roles. You are a strong communicator, capable of presenting complex solutions in a way that resonates with diverse audiences. Your relationship-building skills are exceptional, allowing you to establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients and partners alike. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving sales targets and outcomes. You are fluent in French and have a deep understanding of the French-speaking African market, which enables you to navigate cultural nuances effectively.
Experience in automation or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with value selling approaches. A background in working with local partners and global systems integrators will enhance your ability to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations.
In this role, you will analyze the territory and market potential to develop sales strategies that maximize revenue. You will be responsible for achieving agreed-upon sales targets within a quarterly schedule, ensuring that you meet or exceed expectations. Your role will involve evangelizing UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling our solutions. You will educate customers on how our solutions can benefit them financially and professionally, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. Building and maintaining positive business relationships will be key, as you will work closely with local partners and global systems integrators to drive new opportunities. You will also partner with the Customer Success Management group to ensure customers receive maximum value from our solutions, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Monitoring industry competitors and new products will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
