You have extensive experience in sales engineering, ideally with a focus on enterprise solutions. Your background includes leading teams and providing technical direction to sales professionals, ensuring they are equipped to meet customer needs effectively. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are adept at recruiting and developing top talent, fostering a high-performance culture within your team. Your technical expertise spans distributed architectures and data management solutions, enabling you to guide your team in architecting effective solutions for clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Enterprise Sales Engineering team in the Central Region, focusing on strategic accounts. You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top Sales Engineers and Managers as the team expands. Your leadership will enable each team member to excel, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. You will provide technical leadership and direction to the sales teams, assisting them in building technology solutions that meet customer requirements. Your role will involve analyzing, designing, and developing fully integrated technology solutions, demonstrating your subject matter expertise on Rubrik’s products and competitive offerings. You will also act as a technical consultant, developing and proposing solutions that align with the business needs of assigned customers. Additionally, you will make technical and sales presentations to showcase Rubrik's innovative solutions.
