OPSWAT is seeking a Director of Sales Finance to partner with leadership and drive profitable revenue growth through financial insights and operational support. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in finance with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, particularly in sales finance or a related field. You are a strategic thinker who can analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights for senior leadership. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including the CFO and CEO, sets you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to drive business results. You are data-driven and have a proven track record of influencing decision-making processes within an organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis for the go-to-market organization. You will be responsible for managing top-line metrics such as bookings, billing, ARR, and revenue, ensuring that the organization meets its financial targets. You will also oversee operating expense management and sales compensation design, working closely with the sales team to optimize performance. Your insights will guide headcount planning and capacity models, helping to align resources with business objectives. You will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy as OPSWAT prepares for its next phase of growth, including public company readiness.
