Overview

Google is seeking a Business Development Manager for New Business Sales to drive client relationships and sales strategies in the advertising sector. You'll leverage your fluency in English and Mandarin to support clients in Beijing. This role requires experience in advertising or business development.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development. Your fluency in both English and Mandarin enables you to effectively manage client relationships in the region. You possess a strong understanding of the online advertising industry and have established relationships that can be leveraged for success. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams allows you to develop effective marketing strategies that resonate with clients. You are passionate about sales and committed to maximizing customer success, acting like an owner and moving swiftly through changes to deliver extraordinary outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in recruiting and managing mobile app developers at a tech company is a plus, as is knowledge of how to help mobile apps achieve ecosystem success. You understand the growth trajectory of the online/digital industry and can provide insights that drive marketplace strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring clients through targeted outreach, promoting Google’s advertising solutions, and establishing strong client relationships. You will stay informed on market trends and participant analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve acquisition and client development strategies. Your role will involve developing agreements and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and growth from initial engagement to closing the agreement. You will work closely with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, making a real impact on businesses across Greater China. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies that align with client needs and market demands.
