Brex is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to serve as a financial technology advisor to their largest customers. You'll partner with finance teams to ensure they unlock the full value of Brex’s solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the financial technology sector. Your experience includes working closely with senior finance professionals such as CFOs and Controllers, ensuring that you understand their unique challenges and goals. You excel at building strong relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities to drive value for your clients. You are data-driven and can analyze customer usage patterns to tailor your approach effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers. You are passionate about helping businesses succeed and are motivated by the impact of your work on their financial operations.
Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with corporate finance and expense management solutions. You are comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new tools and platforms that enhance customer engagement. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial, as it allows you to identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth.
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Brex, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies tailored to the specific needs of your clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding them through the implementation and optimization of Brex’s solutions. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
