What you'll do

As a Staff Product Designer at CaptivateIQ, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Incentive Compensation Management platform. You will lead design efforts across significant product areas, ensuring that the user experience is cohesive and aligned with our business goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand the needs and pain points of our customers, translating insights into design solutions that enhance usability and engagement. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define the design vision and ensure that it is executed effectively throughout the development process. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining design documentation, including style guides and design systems, to ensure consistency across our products.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence product strategy and contribute to the overall direction of the company. You will mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
