What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class member service to SoFi lending members and potential members through phone and chat channels. You will respond to inquiries, assist with account management, and work closely with various internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our members. Your role will involve completing a nine-week training course to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in your position. As you progress, you will have opportunities to take on higher-level responsibilities or leadership roles within the organization.
